HOW TO KNOW IF MY PIECE IS ORIGINAL

There are several ways to determine whether a jewelry piece is authentic or, on the contrary, a replica:

Certificate of authenticity, serial number and certificate number

To check the validity of the certificate and the jewelry it accompanies, go to the AUTHENTICITY section and enter the reference number of the certificate and the individual number of the piece. In the event of a change of ownership, it is recommended that you inform Realezo to ensure its traceability and thus being able to confirm its originality.

While you will only find the certificate reference number on the certificate, the serial number of the jewel will be engraved on it in the same way as on your certificate.

Contrast

Another way to determine the authenticity of your jewelry piece is by checking the existence or not of our logo or, in its absence, our isotype engraved on the surface of the jewelry. All of them will have one of these two elements engraved along with the corresponding serial number.
